Kieran Holmes is a Sligo man who has dodged death, been kidnapped and now lives surrounded by body guards - all in the name of collecting taxes. In his role as the Commissioner General of Revenue in Burundi, he has doubled the revenue intake. He's also played an integral role in turning around the tax systems of Rwanda, Yemen and many other places. He joins us from London.
